Privacy notice
Last updated 4 October 2026
This notice explains how Syntiva Technology LTD (“Syntiva”, “we”), registered at Christodoulou Sozou 2, Eiffel Tower, 2nd floor, Office 201, 1096 Nicosia, Cyprus, handles personal data for Servly. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Two roles
When an organization deploys Servly on its website, app, messaging channel or phone line, that organization decides what its persona does and what data it collects. For that data the organization is the controller and we act as its processor, under a data processing agreement. Questions about those conversations should go to the organization first.
For this website and for our customer accounts, we are the controller.
What we collect
- Contact form details you send us: name, email, company, country and your message.
- Account details for console users: name, email and the organization you belong to.
- Conversation data processed for our customers: questions, answers, workflow inputs and, if a customer turns on voice, audio needed to transcribe speech. Phone numbers and email addresses are redacted from saved transcripts.
- Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as IP address, browser type and error logs.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and provide the service you or your organization signed up for.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce spending limits.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use customer content to train general-purpose models.
Service providers
We run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Depending on how a customer configures its persona, conversation content may be processed by the AI providers that customer selects (for example a language model, speech or voice provider). We list current sub-processors on request.
How long we keep it
Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Customer data is kept for the length of the contract and deleted or returned when it ends, as agreed with each customer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. Email technical@syntiva.tech and we'll reply within one month.
